‘With A Biscuit’ Blend – Black Tea

What started out as an experimental blend (or in other words, a happy accident!) has turned into one of our absolute favourites; a combination of rare Golden Monkey, one of the finest Chinese black teas available today and Keemun Panda #1, another black tea renowned for its highly aromatic and penetrating character. The result is a full bodied tea with an abundance of flavour and rich maltiness which is just delicious with a splash of milk. All this makes the blend absolutely perfect to enjoy with a biscuit!

Brewing Instructions:

– one teaspoon/cup
– 98 ̊C water temperature
– steep for approx. 3-5 mins
– can be enjoyed with or without milk
– may not be reinfused
